The name is Kairos pronounced Ki (long I sound) ros (long O sound). It's Greek. There are a few definitions floating around. Wikipedia says it means the "right or opportune moment." Wiki has a whole bunch of other information that makes an interesting read.

Our favorite definition is "A divine moment in time." Not just regular time (to the Greeks this was Kronos time), but a moment that is blessed and special.

For us, the name means a few different things. As entrepreneurs this is our special time. Our moment to take a chance. Our moment to create something new and amazing for ourselves and our customers.
